The existing setup had a 30lb grease trap that was due for a much-needed replacement, alongside PVC piping that needed fortification. The project involved the removal of the old grease trap, which was a critical task. The trap had been serving the kitchen for years but had reached the end of its lifespan. We swapped it out with a new, robust unit designed to handle the kitchen's demands efficiently.
