“Imagine it’s 9pm and you’ve spent three hours trying to install a tub fixture only for it to leak so much that the ceiling below was dripping. “Wow! I’m beyond impressed with the service from Emergency Piping and Drain Solutions. From the very first phone call to their arrival within an hour, they exceeded all expectations. Early on a freezing Sunday morning—single-digit temperatures like NY hasn’t seen in a while—I got a call from my tenant about no water in the unit. Louis arrived promptly, confirmed the issue with frozen pipes, and even discovered two spots where the pipes had burst. What really stood out was how thorough and communicative Louis was. Even though I live out of state, he kept me updated every step of the way, explaining not just the immediate fix but also the best long-term solution for the repair. His knowledge, quick action, and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. On top of all that, their rates were fantastic! Emergency Piping and Drain Solutions is now saved in my contacts for any future plumbing needs. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Five stars all the way!”
